Simulation codes for physical property of minerals

First principles simulation codes for physical property of minerals under high pressure and temperature based on quantum mechanics. Those include codes of the multiple configuration sampling method for multicomponent systems and of phonon calculation for iron-oxides systems.

Simulation codes for mantle dynamics

A series of numerical programs for simulating the convecting flows in the mantles of the Earth and terrestrial planets based on computational fluid and/or continuum dynamics. The suite includes separate programs for various computational geometries ranging from 2-D Cartesian to 3-D spherical shell. Each numerical program, developed by ourselves from scratch, successfully runs on almost all computing environments, thanks to its conformity to the Fortran 90 standard.
