2000ton split-sphere apparatus (ORANGE-2000)
A 6-8 type multianvil high pressure apparatus that can produce pressures
to 30 GPa and temperatures to 3000K, which is used for synthesis of high
pressure phases, melting experiments, measurements of some physical properties,
etc. under high pressure and high temperature.
